This 33 m2 studio offers a living space with a kitchenette fully hidden in a wardrobe, a nook housing a 160 cm bed, a separate toilet, as well as a spacious bathroom equipped with an Italian shower and a bathtub. It also opens onto a large 25 m2 terrace.
The minimum rental duration is one month, with a maximum of six months, extendable under favorable conditions. The rental rate includes all utilities, notably WIFI, water, heating, and electricity.
The studio has access to a shared laundry room. It is designed to accommodate a single person. The rent is set at 1800 € per month, all charges included.
