it is on second and last floor.it shares bath with 2 other rooms.the common kitchen is shared with 5 persons.
it is in a housesharing with total 8 rooms with 3 bathrooms (one on each floor)
the house is on rue de beggen near bus-stop and near shopping center and LIDL.
with busses 10/11 you are in 10 minutes in CENTER . you reach easily KIRCHBERG.
present flatmates are young professionals.
the room is available starting 1.7.2025
in same house we have a larger room with cooking corner at eur 1.000 per month
there is an administration fee of eur 300 to be paid at entry
