Ideally located in rue Baudoin in Luxembourg, you are at 10min by walk from train station.

The house have 11 tenants in total.

A weekly housekeeping is assured in common areas.

The room is 15sqm and the minimum rental is 3 month.

There is Smart TV in the room and you have access to the laundry room of the building and 2 kitchens.

Conditions:

Rent : 1050€ (all charges included: Wi-Fi, electricity, water, heating,..)

Deposit: 1050€ (refundable at the end of your stay)
