The house includes:

Equipped kitchen with 2 fridges, 2 bathrooms and 3 WC, big spacious living room with a TV, garden and garage, laundry room with washing machine and drying machine

Cleaning of the common areas is included once a week (2 hours).

Location:

The house is located on rue du Kiem on the border with Belair close to Route d'Arlon.

Bus stops withing a 5-10 minutes walk. One bus stop in front of the house.

From Route d'Arlon every bus can bring you to the city center in 5-10 min.
