This beautiful apartament (82 m2) is located in Belair, a few meters from Place de Liège bus stop et 200 m from Merl Parc bus stop (ligne 5, 6 etc).
The room is available immediately until the 1st of August, my daughter being currently away for her studies.
The room gets warm quickly and has 1 big cabinet and a small one with enough space for your personal belongings.
You will have a private parking. The kitchen and livingroom will be shared, but 3 days per week you would have the entire space for yourself.
There is a robot to clean and wash the floor, washing machine and everything needed to cook.
You will get bed sheets and a duvet, fresh towels.
There is fast internet connection.
The amazing Merl parc is just 200 m aways, perfect to have a run or a walk.
