Hey everyone!☺️
I’m looking for a person to take over my furnished room in a lovely shared house in Belair starting from 15 July. It’s well connected to the city center and Kirchberg, a Cactus and parks are close by as well. The house has three floors, a garden, a garage and a basement. On the ground floor are the community areas including a kitchen, a living room, a dining room, toilets and a small terrace with access to the garden.
The room is on the first floor where you would share a bathroom with two housemates. On the second floor are the rooms of two other housemates and another bathroom. In total there are 5 people living in the house.
The housemates are all coming from different countries and speak different languages, the most spoken language being English. The shared house offers a good balance between the possibility to exchange with housemates while also having your own space and calm when needed.
- Rent: 720 + 130 euros of charges
One time payments when entering the contract:
- Deposit: 720 euros
- Insurance for the whole period until March 2027 (pro rata temporis): 113,50 euros
- Furniture (to be bought): 1500 euros
Please note that the landlord requires a working contract.
