The appartment is close to luxembourg center (15 min walking), Kirchberg (15 min with the bus) and Limpertsberg. Next to the appartment is a bus station where it is possible to get a bus to anywhere in the city (every 5 min a bus to the city center). The train station is 8 minutes walking away.
The appartment is fully furnished, having a large living room and kitchen. It has a TV, dish washer, washing machine and fully equiped kitchen. It is on the 2nd floor.
The appartment is shared with 2 other people (Job starters) and the bathroom is shared.
The price includes all costs including water, gas, electricity, internet, washing machine and insurrance. No additional costs need to be paid at the end of the year. There is no agency cost.
