I'm looking for someone to take over my lease in August (exact date negotiable). It is a furnished room in a house shared by 11 other tenants, owned by a professional landlord. The house is located in on a quiet street in Kirchberg, 5 minutes walk from the tram and with a bus stop around the corner. It's also located close to the stairs down into Neudorf.

Rent is 1300 EUR per month, including all charges and fees. This includes a cleaning lady who comes to clean all the common areas 3 times per week. There are multiple stoves, washing machines, showers, bathrooms etc to accommodate the fact that multiple people live here.
