Hi everyone! We are two guys looking for a third flatmate to join our apartment in Luxembourg city in the very central and beautiful neighborhood of Grund.
We're looking for someone possibly from the 1st of May, preferably a clean, sociable non-smoker in their early 30s.
Our place has a spacious open-plan kitchen/living room which is perfect to organize dinners or for chill nights together.
The monthly rent is cheap and we only ask for a small amount for the room furniture to be bought from the previous tenant and a deposit of 1500 euros.
