Hi everyone,

A quiet and fully furnished room will be available in Rue de la Vallée (close to Gare and Parc de la Pétrusse).

The apartment is well connected by public transport, with gyms, supermarkets, and shops nearby. It is about 5 minutes by bus to the city center, and parking is relatively easy to find in the area.

The room is bright and peaceful.

We are looking for a mature and respectful person (ideally 35+), as the current flatmates are all over 40. The apartment is best suited for someone who appreciates a clean, calm, and quiet environment, especially in the evenings.

The room can be visited after April 20th, as the current flatmate will need some time to empty it.

Availability is from July 1st, with a possible earlier move-in from June 1st depending on the current tenant’s arrangements.
