Description de la chambre à louer
I´m looking for someone to take over my room in a house share in Hollerich from 7th November (an earlier move-in date may be negotiable).
Requirements:
- minimum stay: 6 months
- minimum age: 23 (there are currently 3 housemates between 30 and 40)
- employment contract, payslip or traineeship contract needed
Location: Quiet street between Hollerich and Gare (just 2 bus stops away).
Room: bright and spacious (approx. 11 m²), has been refurbished and features a comfortable double bed, a large desk, an office chair, a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers.
House: It is a three-storey house with two rooms on the second floor and two on the third. One bathroom per floor shared with just one other person. Common areas include a refurbished kitchen, a living room (with a sofa and a TV), and a basement with two washing machines and two tumble dryers.
Central heating, Wi-Fi, and cleaning service weekly.
Price: 1,300 EUR/month (all charges included)
Deposit: 2 months
No agency or entry fees
