Room for single persons, not for couples.
The apartment has a surface of 100m2. It is located in a calm neighborhood, next to 3 bus stations (1 minute walking for buses 15 and 7 and 3 minutes walking for bus 29) and to a train station (3 minutes walking).
Inside the apartment there are 2 bedrooms and one of them is currently occupied. There is one full bathroom with a shower, toilet and washing place and the other bathroom has a toilet and a sink for washing.
Kitchen is fully equipped (microwaves, dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer, etc). There is a big living room to be shared with the flatmate.
The apartment is fully furnished.
A room for washing and drying clothes + a washing machine is available downstairs on the ground floor.
There are 2 big terraces.
Minimum 6 months of renting is accepted.
A private garage is available with an automatic door for an extra price of 250 euro per month.
A deposit of two rents will be given in advance as I had already experienced damages done by the tenants.
