ABSOLUTELY FOR NON-SMOKERS. Furnished room to rent (ca. 14 m2), in an almost brand new, beautiful flat in Gasperich, very close and well connected to the Gare area, while being in a quite calm street. All the flat has got plenty of natural light, and a wide balcony (8,50 m2, accessible also from the room) which is a must in summertime.
The room is nicely furnished with a wide single bed (120cms), a closet and a big table suitable for working with a lap top computer). The living has got a fully equipped, luxury kitchen. Several coffee machines and all the kitchen appliances are at your disposal.

The place is ideally located, since buses nr. 23, 13 and 18 stop nearby. It's also only 11 minutes' walk to the railway station by the new passarelle joining the street to the Route de Thionville. The place is quite calm in the evening. The building has got energy pass in class B, so the flat gets automatically aerated and the need for heating is almost 0, while being nicely warm.
The flat is equipped with wifi, telephone, a big smart TV (49", connected to the cable: French, German, Portuguese, Spanish and English channels), 2 coffee machines, washing machine as well as all kind of kitchen appliances and dishes. Furniture is brand new.
