Hello, I am looking for a new home in Luxembourg. I am seeking a spacious, comfortable, and secure place—ideally a studio or a room—where I can live and go about my daily life with peace of mind. Good connectivity to the center of Luxembourg is important, whether through public transport or other convenient access options.
The property must allow for official municipal registration (*empadronamiento*), as I intend to establish my formal residence there. I would also prefer a room with a private bathroom for added comfort and privacy. 🔍 Requirements:

→ Clean, quiet, and well-maintained environment
→ Private bathroom preferred (other options may be considered)

Regarding the surroundings, I value an area with a good quality of life, including access to spaces for sports and outdoor activities like hiking or walking. I am also interested in having nearby options for swimming—such as public pools or natural swimming spots—as well as good restaurants and amenities that make daily life easier.
