Everything is new: furniture, bedding. Neatly decorated. Bourgeois-style house (solid parquet, marble). Perfect for starting a new life in Luxembourg!

The bedroom measures 21 m2 and includes a double bed, desk and plenty of storage space. Lots of carpets and light fixtures make this a very cosy space.

The house is to be shared with 5 roommates, all young people between 18 and 25, 2 boys and 3 girls coming for an internship or to start their professional life.

The house is fully equipped, in impeccable condition and very well maintained. A cleaning lady cleans the common areas every week.

To share: a kitchen with dishwasher and 2 refrigerators, 1 dining room, 1 games room (board games, table soccer), 1 living room with TV connected to cable and Netflix, 2 bathrooms (one with Jacuzzi), 3 WCs, 1 laundry room with washing machine and dryer, 1 garden with garden furniture and barbecue.

The house has parking spaces and a garage.

It is possible to register with the commune.

The house is close to a bus stop, making it easy to get to Luxembourg City, Cloche d'Or, Belval University...

Everything is included in the charges, including cleaning lady and consumables (hand soap, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets...).

As private individuals, we take care to create a bond with our housemates and help them with administrative formalities. We charge no agency fees, and only a 1500 euro deposit, which is used to reserve the room and is returned at the end of the lease.
