Fully furnished studio located in the Bonnevoie residential area (within walking distance of the "Gare Centrale" train station).
Furnished with a bed (bedsheets, blanket & pillow included), mirror wardrobe, desk & chairs, equipped kitchen (dual induction cooking surface, fridge, microwave, toaster, teapot, dishes & cutlery included), and a private shower/WC room.
Nothing to share with other tenants except the washing and drying machines in the laundry room.
The bus stops in immediate proximity are: Bonnevoie, Virchow (buses 3, 5, 74, 97, CN8) and Luxembourg, Gare Rocade (buses 2, 9, 20, 22). These buses will take you to the city center in around 10 minutes and to Kirchberg in around 20 mins.
A Cactus supermarket is within less than 5 minutes walking distance.
Monthly rent: €1000 ALL INCLUSIVE (electricity, water, heating, and internet included).
Damage deposit: €1000 (reimbursed at the end of the stay if the studio is returned in good condition).
Administrative fee: €500+VAT (€585) one-time payment against invoice.
The studio is available starting June 1st.
