THE ROOM IS ONLY AVAILABLE STARTING JANUARY 1st, 2025.
This fully furnished flat is located in a beautiful residential area (Hollerich/Belair).
In total, the flat consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, a kitchen with all amenities, and a terrace.
You will hence be sharing the kitchen with 3 other tenants, and the shower room / toilet with 1 other.
The current tenants are all young working professionals, and the landlord lives in the apartment just upstairs.
Washing and drying machines are located in the basement.
The room is equipped with a bed, a desk, chair, a wardrobe, and some shelves.
A cleaning lady cleans the common areas once per week.
The apartment is located right in front of a bus stop (Hollerich, Nancy), which takes you to the city center in less than 10 minutes.
The rent is €900 ALL INCLUSIVE (electricity, hot water, WiFi internet…).
A deposit of €1000 is required (reimbursed at the end of the stay if the room is returned in good condition).
There is an administrative one-time fee of €600 HTVA (€702 TTC).
