Rent: 930€ /month, all charges included (electricity, gas, water, cleaning service for the shared rooms, internet)
Security deposit: a two months’ rent
No agency fees, virtual - and visits in person are, of course, possible.

Disposition: 6 rooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 living room, 1 laundry, one big, very “romantic” terrace and a garden & cellar
Location:
The house is located in a nice district of Luxembourg City, very close to the city center and with nice parks within walking distance.
The connection to public transport is amazing!
- You can reach the small train station just a 2 minutes walk and catch a train (7 times per hour) to the Train Station of Kirchberg (just a 2 min ride) and to the Luxembourg main train station (just a 7-minute, very impressive and lovely ride!)
- By bus (every 5 – 10 minutes), you can reach the city center in just a couple of minutes (5 to 8 minutes)
The location is just great for people without a car… but if you have one, you will always find a parking spot in the surroundings.

Quelques informations sur la maison:
La répartition de la maison : 6 chambres, 2 salles de bain, 1 cuisine, 1 living, 1 buanderie et une grande terrasse & cave
Taille de la chambre: 10 m2
Chambres meublées avec : lit, armoire, bureau et lavabo
Localisation: Dans le quartier Eich, un quartier animé avec tout dont on a besoin: commerces, banques, restaurants, cafés, parcs etc.
Transport public : La maison se trouve à 2 minutes d’une petite gare. Jusqu'à 7 fois par heure il y a un train qui part vers la gare de Kirchberg et la gare centrale (en 7 minutes avec une vue magnifique de la ville haute). Des bus partent tous les 5 à 10 minutes vers le centre de la ville (en 5 à 8 minutes)
Places de parking dans les alentours.
Loyer: 930 euros / mois toutes charges incluses (électricité, gaz, eau, internet, Service de nettoyage pour les locaux communs)
Caution: 2 mois de loyer
Pas de frais d'agence, visite virtuel ou en personne possible.

Kaution: Eine Kaution von 2 Monatsmieten
Keine Vermitlungskosten, eine virtuelle- oder persönliche Besichtigung ist natürlich möglich.
Infos zur WG:
6 Zimmer, 2 Badezimmer, 1 Küchen, 1 Wohnzimmer, 1 Waschzimmer, 1 sehr große, sehr idyllische Terrasse und ein Garten & Keller.
Lage: Das Haus liegt in einem lebendigen Viertel der Stadt Luxemburg in unmittelbarer Nähe zu allem was man so braucht (Shops, Cafés, Restaurants, Parks…)
Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Transport ist super!
- Das Haus liegt circa 2 Minute zu Fuß von einem kleinen Bahnhof entfernt. Hier fährt bis zu 7 mal die Stunde ein Zug in Richtung Luxembourg Hauptbahnhof , welchen man in nur 7 Minuten erreicht (mit Zwischenstopp am neuen "Bahnhof Kirchberg).
- Mit dem Bus (alle 5-10 Minuten) ist man in nur 5-8 Minuten im Stadtzentrum.
Die Lage ist echt ideal für jeden, der ohne Auto unterwegs ist, und wenn man doch ein Auto hat findet man problemlos Abstellmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung. (Mit dem Auto erreicht man den Kirchberg beispielsweise in 5 Minuten)
