Bright and spacious room, fully furnished and equipped (queen size bed, wardrobe, desk, armchair, bedsheets and towels..) in a nice apartment of only three rooms, with a great location.
The shower room (big shower, toilet, washbasin) is shared with only another room . The kitchen /dining is fully equipped. In the basement there is a large, aerated cellar to store extra stuff and a laundry room with washing and drying machine.
The rent includes all the charges, internet and a weekly cleaning of the common parts
Deposit is one month rent.
