in front of house there are busses which bring you quickly to CENTER/STATION or KIRCHBERG.

IN THE HOUSE THERE ARE 8 ROOMS DIVIDED ON 3 FLOORS:EACH FLOOR HAS ONE BATHROOM . 3 ROOMS HAVE PRIVATE KITCHEN AND 5 PERSONS SHARE COMMON KITCHEN!!

THERE IS A GARDEN

THE ROOM WILL BE FREE ON 1.8.2025

There is other smaller room available for rental as from 1.7.2025 ( with common kitchen)

there is an administration fee of eur 300 to be paid at entry.
