We have a bedroom for rent in a three bedroom calm and independent ground floor apartment for a professional for a long term starting on the 1st August.
The apartment, located in Merl, has a kitchen, balcony, two bathrooms and three bedrooms (no living room). The room to rent is around 11m2, ground floor and it faces the route the Longwy. Buses 701, 711, 20, 5 & 6 in front of the door. Close to Cactus, Lidl and Aldi and Véloh! stations.
The price is 750 euros per month with the cleaning and everything included (toiletries, all utilities like gas, water, electricity and WiFi, linen, 12m2 kitchen fully equipped and a small cellar for storage and a washing machine downstairs). No agency fees. Two months deposit. The bedroom has a wardrobe (230x100x60), a 90 cms bed (single bed, small size), desk, chair and TV with a few international channels. The door can be locked. Contract to be signed. You can register at the Comune with this address if wished. Easy to park your car in the road outside.
We will be four people. There is an ensuite bedroom where a couple (Cambodian+Luxembourgish) is living and if you take the room you would be sharing the 4m2 bathroom only with me (Spanish).
