I am looking for an apartment or a suite in a pet-friendly house / apartment starting from mid-March.
I am currently based in Ireland and will be relocating to Luxembourg for a new professional opportunity. Here are a few details regarding my profile:
Professional Status: I hold a permanent employment contract (CDI) and can provide all necessary financial references and proof of income.
Lifestyle: I am a non-smoker, clean, and respectful. Having shared accommodation previously, I value a harmonious and tidy living environment.
Work: I work from home, so I am looking for a quiet space where I can be productive.
My Pet: I will be relocating with my well-behaved dog. She is a rough collie, quiet and accustomed to apartment/shared living.She is fully up-to-date with all vaccinations (including Kennel Cough) and receives regular flea/tick treatments. I maintain high hygiene standards and am happy to provide her veterinary records and proof of third-party liability insurance.
My budget is around 2200. I am interested in the following areas: Belair, Merl, Strasse, Bertrange, Kirchberg and Limpersberg. It would be great if the accomodation has a garden or a green area near by.
