Cuisine toute équipée (lave-vaisselle, congélateur, four et four micro-ondes, machine à café), salon tout confort avec canapé, fauteuils, grande TV et accès Netflix.
Salle de bains avec lavabo individuel et douche à partager avec une autre coloc + salle de bains avec jacuzzi. Terrasse et jardin pour prendre un verre ou faire un barbecue l'été.
Buanderie avec 3 laves-linge et 1 sèche-linge. Espace dans la cave pour les rangements.
Femme de ménage 2 fois par semaine, comprises dans les charges. Tout est fourni (savon pour les mains, tablettes lave-vaisselle, papier toilette...).
En plein centre de Dudelange, à 5 mn à pied de la gare (20 mn en train de Luxembourg-ville).
Cinéma, commerces, restos à 5 mn à pied.
Possibilité de s'enregistrer et d'obtenir une vignette pour se garer gratuitement dans la rue.
Nous sommes des particuliers. Pas de frais d'agence. Caution équivalente à 1 mois de loyer (800 euros).
Nous cherchons quelqu'un qui veuille vraiment s'intégrer, et pas quelqu'un qui cherche juste un dortoir.
Nous aurions une préférence pour une femme.

You will be sharing the kitchen, dining and living room with 5 other roommates.
The room is furnished with a double bed (140cmx200cm), a big wardrobe, a desk, a bedside table, tv and DVD player. Wifi + internet via cable available.
The house is fully equipped : Kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and big freezer, coffee machine, toaster and a lot of space to store your food. Cutlery, dishes, glasses, pans… are already there.
Laundry in the cellar with 3 washing machines, one clothes dryer and clotheshorses.
Living room with big sofa and tv.
2 little and quite courtyards with table and barbecue. Bathroom with jacuzzi.
1 square meter box in the cellar available to store your stuff.
Utilities + cleaning lady twice a week included. Everything is included (hand soap, tablet for dishwater, toilet paper...).
20 minutes from Luxembourg, 5 minutes walk from train station, buses and all kind of shops and restaurants. Town library is just across the street, big cinema complex 10 minutes walk.
