Here we are looking for a roommate for a cozy room in a house in Schifflange.
-Available from 31 January 2026
- No agency fee. It’s one of private properties from my family in Luxembourg.
- Do not pay before you sign a rental contract. It's better to visit yourself or by your contacts here, in case of any scams which are quite often reported.
- maximum 2 persons with internship or work contract.
- Near Gare Schifflange (16 min to Gasperich and 21 min to City center). 50 m to all commercial like restaurant,supermarket and pharmacy.
- Renovated bedroom, to share kitchen, bathroom and washing machine with another young professional for Finance. On the 2nd floor of a big house (not a top floor).
- double bed, big wardrobes, table, chairs and desk.
- rent 650€, and 150€ for all charge fees (electricity,water,gas,rubbish,insurance) even WiFi included. refundable security deposit 1000€ and will be refunded after checking out without damage according to civil law of Luxembourg.
