Hi All,
My name is Paul and I manage this new shared house in the center of Dudelange.
We are currently three guys aged 36, 32, and 28 living here.
I am looking for a roommate to move in on March 1 who wants to share more than just a roof in a respectful and friendly environment.
The house is very well equipped and is laid out as follows:
Ground floor: an open-plan kitchen leading onto a large living room
An office and a toilet
First floor: two bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet
Second floor: two bedrooms
Basement: three cellars and a bicycle storage room
The rent is €750 per month plus a €150 provision for utilities.
The charges cover:
Weekly cleaning of common areas
1GB Wi-Fi
Heating and hot water
Electricity
Garbage collection
Home insurance
No entry or exit fees.
Two months' security deposit required.

Nous sommes actuellement 3 garçons salarié de 36, 32 et 28 ans à y vivre.
Je suis à la recherche d'un colocataire pour le 1 mars ayant envie de partager dans le respect et la bonne entente un peu plus qu'un toit.
La maison est très bien équipé et se compose comme il suit :
RDC une cuisine ouverte sur un grand salon
Un bureau et un WC
R+1 Deux chambres et Salle de Bain avec WC
R+2 Deux chambres
R-1 3 caves et local Vélo
Le loyer est de 750 euros mensuels plus une provision de charge de 150 euros.

Assurance Habitation
Pas de frais d'entrée ni de frais de sortie.
