Big room Bettembourg with parking (near Gasperich) available 20 September 2023
No agency fee. It’s one of private properties from my big family in Luxembourg.
Do not pay before you visit and sign a rental contract. It's better to visit yourself or by your contacts here, in case of any scams which are quite often reported.

- 450 m away from Gare bettembourg, 15 min to city center of luxembourg ,18 min to Gasperich by direct train or bus.
- 250 m away from supermarket, restaurant, pharmacy and bank.
- Big room renovated, with private frigo, oven and microwave, to share kitchen and bathroom with another 3 young international professionals, very amiable and friendly.
- Big windows, double bed, big wardrobe, chairs and desk.
- All charge fee, insurance and WiFi included.
Rent 750€, charge 150€, deposit 1500€ (water, electricity, gas,rubbish, insurance, all included even WiFi)
