So let's start with some info about the house and conditions.
HOUSE & LOCATION:
The house in rue de l’indépendance, Bettembourg is totally renovated each floor has 3 rooms (Two standard lockable rooms and one premium (private bath). We also have on each floor a bathroom and a kitchen.
In the basement we have a large kitchen with access to a terrace, a nice garden and the laundry room with two brand new wash-dryer machines one iron and an iron table.
You also have a good high speed Internet connection. (500mbit per sec)
The rooms are equipped with:
+ 1double Bed 140x200
+ 1 night table
+ 1 desk with chair
+ 1 Couch
+ access to a high quality kitchen on the same floor.
Shared parts are Kitchen, bathrooms, toilets, terrace, garden and laundry room.
LOCAL AMENITIES :
The house is best located in a quiet street with speed limit to 30km/h. supermarket, bakery, all kind of restaurants, swimming pool, banks, hair dresser, post office, train station, car rental are within 5 min walk distance. (17min to Kirchberg by train)
SAFETY & SECURITY:
In terms of saftiness, The Grand Duchy ranked top for the 'safety & security' aspect, ahead of even Singapore, Switzerland and New Zealand.
Most of my guests stay 1 month to 12 month and are young professionals (male and female) (Vodafone, Amazon, Ferrero, EIB, Ernst and Young, Swiss Life, pwc)
-Shared space has to be left spotless after being used. Untidy and messy people are not welcome. I keep the right to terminate prematurely your stay in case you don't comply with this code of conduct.
-I try to keep the house a quiet and calm place, that's why I don't accept loud music, parties or animals in my house.
Visits are allowed but there are some aspects to be followed.
1.You just need to send me a text saying when do you want your visit and who. Why? By law I need to have a list with all the people in the house because in case of fire I‘ve to transfer this list immediately to the fire brigade so that they can be sure that everyone is rescued.
2.I want to preclude the situation that every tenant invites a guest on the same day for example. That wouldn’t be a nice situation for anyone.
3.In the past some people abused and where 2 or even 3 people staying in one room for more than a couple of days without asking. So again that’s in opposition with the law, it says: it is forbidden to rent a room of 9m2 to 17m2 to more than 1 person unless it is 18m2 then you can rent it to 2 persons.
4.Not more than 3 nights in a row and not more then 6 nights per month.
