The 250 m2 square appartament is on the ground floor and it has to be kept in perfect conditions. A cleaning lady comes twice per month.You will have also a washing machine, a dryer and plenty of space. Parking outside is free .
I would prefer an Italian speaker person. I have a cat going in and out, she is part of the "family" :-).
The bathroom is shared only with one person, absent most of the time.
