Description de la chambre à louer
NOTE: I am not the landlord, I am the current tenant. I am changing workplace in Luxembourg and would like someone to take over my current bedroom in Nennig, Germany (right across the river from Remich, Luxembourg).
Ideal move-in date: the sooner the better.
It's a single-person bedroom. The bed is 140x200 cm, heating can be regulated from a dial right next to the bed.
There’s a washing machine and a drying corner in front of the terrace: in the summer, you can quickly dry out your clothes under the sunlight.
There are two shower rooms and a separate toilet.
Rent is 600 euros per month, all utilities included.
Two months' rent as deposit (this is the law in Germany).
Ideal for people who work in Remich, Sandweiler, or Luxembourg-East (Kirchberg), including those who plan to use public transportation (you just need to take one of these buses in either Nennig or Remich: 401, 403, 406).
Students are of course also welcome.
If you need to go to either Perl or Trier (Germany), the relevant bus stop and train station are only a few minutes away on foot.
If you have your own car, there is plenty of spots to park it on the road in front of the house (only rule: don't park it exactly in front of the house, as that impairs our neighbour).
The number of tenants in the house tends to go up and down, but you can normally expect 3-4 housemates. There’s a Whatsapp group chat you can use to communicate with both the landlord and the other tenants.
The closest supermarkets are Cactus in Remich and Aldi South, between Nennig and Perl.
The shower rooms are currently being partially renovated, and should be ready by April 15.
