The charge includes:
Water, electricity, heating, insurance of the residence, tax for garbage, cleaning of common areas, TV and internet.
The rooms:
Each room is fully furnished with a bed, a desk with chair, a wardrobe, a nightstand as well as a lamp.
Each tenant has a personal locker in the kitchen for food storage.
The common areas:
Co-tenants share a fully equipped kitchen with fridges and refrigerators, bathrooms, a common laundry room equipped with washing machine & dryer as well as an iron & an ironing board.
The house is regularly maintained, the common areas and the rooms are cleaned 2 times per week.

Les Thermes has an outdoor and indoor pool
Cycle track PC1 covers Strassen, whilst bike path Nicolas Franz runs from Strassen to Kleinbettingen.
There's a circular walk that follows the edge of the forest to Mamer, passing through Thillsmillen, Neimaxmillen and Schankemillen before returning to Strassen. You can find more walks on the commune site here. It is possible to walk the 20km from Strassen to Mersch without leaving the forest.
