The room is furnished but it is also possible to install your own furniture instead as there is space in the garage.
Fully equipped kitchen, garage, possibility of setting up an office for homeworking. The house also has a terrace and a large south-facing garden, nice to enjoy the sun and the barbecue :).
Possibility to grow or enjoy vegetables from the garden.
Have a good contact with the animals as the 2nd roommate is an adorable cat :-)
