I’m searching for a new tenant (girls only) as I’ll be moving out of Luxembourg in a month. The room will be available starting July 31st.

It’s a fully furnished 4-bedroom duplex apartment (occupying the 3rd and 4th floors) with a balcony, located in Bonnevoie Nord, just a 10-minute walk from Gare (Central Station).

• Rent: €880/month (all expenses included)

• 1 month’s rent as a security deposit

• €300 agency fee
