Beautiful room in the very city center-Gare (rue de Bonnevoie), to share with only 1 person, in a spacious flat 97m2 big.
The building was finished in1999. Plenty of restaurants, minimarkets and shops at a walk reach. There is always people around and buses run till late.
Living is furnished and equipped with TV, there is a nicely fitted, separate kitchen, one bathroom with the washing-machine and one separate w.c.
The room gives to a backyard (no noises) and it's quiet during the night. The living and kitchen give to the main street, busy during the day, but not so much at night.
Bus stops are just opposite, with many different lines and the Central Railway Station only at 5 minutes' walk.
Wifi and TV set fitted with plenty of channels. All expenses are included in the price. There is nothing to add.
Very convenient for young people arriving without a car, for short work stays, for stagiaires. Not very suitable for people with a child.
I don't have more photos for now, but a visit is possible at your best convenience.
