Petite s.de bain privative, douche, machines fitness et sauna (conditionnel). Table bureau et lit simple ou double. Single room (18 m2) full of light with 2 big french windows over the garden, or Big (26 sqm) room located in the ground floor of our house, a villa located in Niederanven, near the Airport; my son (28) and I do live in the first floor. I work also for the Communities, and the distance to Kirchberg (where are most of EU and Banking buildings) is a mere 10 minutes car ride. You can also travel by bus (stop at 300 m. from the house), and then it takes 20 minutes to get to City centre. If you've a car, there's a free parking space before the house (a parking place in Luxembourg is rather expensive).
The room has recently been renovated with a new double bed (photo); it has a small toilette room, with a separate shower; use of common kitchen (ceramic plate, microwave, dishwasher); the lessee can use the main kitchen at first floor. Against a small supplement, it can be used also the sauna adjacent to the room.
The rental for single is 670 € + 50 and for a couple 800 € + 70 for charges; deposit is 400 €.
Visitors: 125/week.
